Managed Services Fee for Hosting Accounts (Starting 1st Dec 2024)

We have introduced a Managed Services Fee for all Hosting accounts to enhance the quality and reliability of our service offerings. This fee will be charged at $389.90 per annum or $38.90 per month, and covers the following services:

  1. Proactive Hardware Monitoring
    Our team will continuously monitor your hosting hardware to ensure optimal performance and quickly identify any potential issues before they impact your service. This proactive monitoring helps to prevent downtime and ensure the longevity of your infrastructure.

  2. Hardware Management
    We take care of all hardware-related tasks, including maintenance, updates, and management of the physical resources that power your hosting environment. This service ensures your systems are always operating at peak efficiency.

  3. Control Panel Management
    We provide management and support for your hosting control panel, ensuring it is configured correctly, kept up-to-date, and optimized for ease of use. This includes updates, security patches, and configuration adjustments as needed.

  4. Systems Administration Support
    Our team of experienced systems administrators will be available to assist with any technical challenges you may face. This includes support for system performance, troubleshooting, and general maintenance to keep your hosting environment running smoothly.
